Who am I?
I'm a trailblazing first-gen Colombian-American (yep, I speak two languages) fueled by a love for cutting-edge communications and event magic. Steering marketing efforts for fundraisers scored big wins - hauling in $17k and $27k back-to-back, while a revamped newsletter hit a whopping 70% open rate, blowing past the industry average by 20%.
I've steered successful fundraisers and teamed up on community bashes with cool cats like Wise Animal Rescue, Seeing Eye and Olay. My dedication has bagged me a spot in elite honor societies, including the prestigious National Society of Leadership & Success, an honor reserved for the top 5% of students.
When I'm not rocking thrift store threads, you'll find me immersed in creative content or just getting crafty -
that's my happy place.

Personal content
creating content is my happy place.
As a social media specialist, I like to create appealing and informative content for businesses that I enjoyed going to.
There’s nothing like going to an aesthetically pleasing place and capturing the beauty to later showcase on my socials.
AKA I love having fun and filming it (LOL!)

Branding and Design for the 2nd Annual
DiVine Wine Tasting Fundraiser
When tasked with creating the branding and design for the 2nd Annual DiVine Wine Tasting Fundraiser, I embraced the challenge of developing a fall-themed aesthetic that matched the prestigious reputation of our venue, Jockey Hollow. Inspired by the rich autumn palette, I designed an elevated, sophisticated look that harmonized with the luxurious atmosphere of Chris Cannon's renowned bar and kitchen in Morristown. The result was a visually stunning and cohesive branding experience that captured the essence of the season and the elegance of the event.

Challenge
How can I enhance the annual Blessing of the Animals? It’s like a furry fiesta for Episcopalians, paying homage to Saint Francis of Assisi, the animal-loving saint. Picture this: pets prancing into the church as a priest sprinkles blessings and prayers, their tails wag with joy and paws.
Solution
When I first learned of the annual ceremony, a light bulb lit up in my head - the perfect chance to team up with animal rescue groups.
Excitedly, I reached out to Wise Animal Rescue, superheroes saving dogs from puppy mills, and Seeing Eye, the organization providing guide dogs to the visually impaired.
From planning every detail, crafting eye-catching flyers, to spreading the word like wildfire... the event was a success. Best of all, it felt great to lend a helping paw and make a real impact in the Morristown community ✨

I can bring the vision and I can bring the vibes
My design chops faced the ultimate challenge teaming up with the fabulous Celebrity Interior Designer, Neffi Walker, for the Olay: VIP Room at the Fearless Artists event. Not only did I sprinkle magic on the vibes, but I also worked my charm on capturing all the juicy behind-the-scenes action. This collab was a dream come true for me since I'm a huge fan of Neffi Walker, the creative genius behind The Black Home decor store!
Seo enhancement
CHALLENGE
Absolutely no SEO.
SOLUTION
Identified and addressed the lack of SEO on St. Peter's website, resulting in a strategic implementation of SEO enhancements. This initiative led to a significant increase of 10,000 organic clicks, substantially improving visibility for church services and events.

Challenge
Upon my landing at St. Peter's, I was handed the reins of the weekly newsletters. Spotting a lackluster open rate of 48%.
I sprinkled my design fairy dust to jazz things up. My top priority was to keep the St. Peter's vibe alive and kicking in every pixel. After a whirlwind romance with Constant Contact and Canva, boom! The target audience was left in awe.
The revamped newsletters not only screamed St. Peter's in every pixel but also wowed with some jaw-dropping stats:
A stellar 65% open rate, soaring 20% above the industry norm 🪐
Solution
That’s all... for now.
Even though I could show off my creative flair all day long, I'll heed my mentors' advice and keep it short and snazzy.
Before I wrap up, let me spill the beans - I'm not just a creative wizard, but also a project management ninja. With over 15 years of experience under my belt, I've been the brains behind many successful projects. Hopefully, I've piqued your interest to witness my work ethic in action!
All in all, I hope this portfolio has left a stellar impression on you 🪐
